Jennifer is the Trust Administration Manager for the Trust and Estate Department. She manages the day to day operations of the Trust Department including, onboarding of new accounts and assets, execution of trades, bill payment, beneficiary distributions, and property management for real estate held in trust.
Jennifer works closely with the attorneys that are trustee for our clients' trusts and is an advocate for beneficiaries with disabilities. She maintains a strong professional relationship with beneficiaries and their family members, investment advisors, tax preparers and case managers to oversee the proper administration of multi-generational family trusts, charitable foundations and special needs trusts.

Ms. Zaparaskas is a graduate of Cannon Financial Institute Trust School.
Before joining Fletcher Tilton in 2012, Jennifer worked as a Trust Operations Officer for thirteen years at a nationally chartered trust and investment company in Newton, MA.

Ms. Zaparaskas is a Fletcher Tilton Investment Committee Member. She has been a speaker at the "How to Administer a Special Needs Trusts" seminar series since 2016 and is a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She has volunteered annually for the Special Olympics games in Auburn, MA and is a year-round active volunteer at Worcester Animal Rescue League.
